Swelling of legs,backpain from 15 days
History of present illness
Patient was asymptomatic 5 months back then there was onset of back pain and swelling of legs-bilateral non pitting type, difficulty in breathing,neck pain after dialysis and chest pain from 4 days
Relief on sitting 
History of past illness
Hearing problem since 15 years 
 Diabetic since 10 yrs

No similar complaints

Patient was moderately built and moderately nourished 
Diet-Mixed diet
Appetite-loss of appetite 
Sleep-No adequate sleep

Conscious, Cooperative.

Cyanosis-Absent
Lymphadenopathy-Absent
